We reserve the right to review, reject, suspend, remove or deactivate listings that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
5. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload or publish content involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, violence, impersonation, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
Content that violates applicable laws or the rights and safety of others may be removed without notice.
6. Photos and Videos
Users must have the necessary rights or permission to upload photographs, videos and other media. Users must not upload media depicting minors or content that is unlawful or non-consensual.
7. Payments and Packages
Paid listing packages, durations and applicable fees are displayed on the website before submission or payment.
Promotional packages may have separate eligibility requirements, limits and expiration periods.
8. Launch Promotion
The Launch Promotion is limited to the first 20 eligible Launch listings. Each eligible Launch listing is free and remains active for 7 days.
Trial listings and other promotional arrangements do not count toward the 20 Launch Promotion slots unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Privacy
We may collect and process information necessary to operate the platform, manage accounts, process listings and maintain security. Users should review our Privacy Policy for additional information about data handling.
10. Contact Between Users
Users are responsible for their own communications and interactions with other users. The platform does not guarantee the identity, conduct, safety or accuracy of information provided by another user.
11. Suspension and Removal
We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove listings where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.
